Throwing sessions

Whether you’re complete new to the pottery wheel or just want time to create some vessels, Charlotte’s 2 or 3-hour throwing sessions are a great way to get to grips with clay on the wheel.

During a 2 hour session you will be taking through how to centre your clay on the wheel and then how to throw pots step by step. During a 3 hour session you will also have the opportunity to add some colour and pattern to your pots using some decorative slip techniques, like sgraffito and marbling.

What you need to know:

• Maximum of 4 students

• 2-hour throwing sessions: £70 per person

• 3-hour throwing session: £100 per person

• Price includes all materials, firings and refreshments

• All work will be dried, fired and ready to collect at a later date
